Our Consulting Team

The Preston Consulting Group was founded in 2024 by Shawn Preston and Dr. Josh Chapman. Combined, they have over 20 years of experience in commercial, nuclear, and Department of Energy audit performance and consulting.

Shawn has developed programs for Special Processes, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance. As an NQA-1 Lead Auditor, Shawn provides a rounded assessment of quality programs through the development and analysis of procedures and processes. Shawn develops and conducts training programs both at customer locations and online.

Dr. Josh has developed Quality Assurance Programs, Supplier Evaluation programs, and data analytics, and specializes in continuous improvement through employee voice. Dr. Josh has a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Organizational Development. He specializes in process development and efficiency through collaborative work with employees and leadership.  As an NQA-1 Lead Auditor, he provides a comprehensive examination of processes while providing opportunities to improve programs throughout organizations.
